Late Arrivals
In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Any late appointments may have their service shortened and charged for the full appointment.
Late Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a 50% charge on your next appointment.
No Shows/Missed Appointments
In the case of missing your appointment or a “no show”, you will be charged the full amount of the service and it will be added to your next appointment, on booking the next visit you will require to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service you want to book.
Service & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment. We are committed to making any needed corrections at the time of the service. Once you have left the salon and signed for your treatment you have agreed that you are satisfied with the treatment. Please note we do not offer refunds.
Child Policy
As we are concerned with you and your children’s safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. Children must be supervised by an adult who is not receiving services at all times. Please also note that other clients come for a relaxing pamper time with us and don’t wish to be distracted by unsupervised children.
Deposits
To ensure we can meet demand and avoid missed appointments, please be advised that we require a deposit on ALL new and large bookings in order to deliver the best possible service. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you. We respectfully advise you that deposits are strictly non-refundable and 48 hours’ notice will be required to change a booking or the deposit will be lost.
